Just the previous day Kim put on another eye-popping display in a sheer Gucci bra which she wore under a black blazer.

Flashing her tummy, the mum was proudly showing off the results of her strict work outs as she exited a restaurant with her assistant Stephanie Shepherd and pal Jonathan Cheban in tow.
