EYELINER STYLES
1. Silver Lining Eyeliner
This eyeliner makeup is done with a silver eyeliner pencil and applied jointly only to the inner corners. The silver eyeliner can range from medium to high sparkle depending on what you want. The texture is very smooth and gives a dashing look.
2. A Cut Above
This eyeliner is put in such a way that there is a gap between the liner and the down-most border of the eyelid. Most suitable for people with hooded, deep set or small eyes.
3. The Wrap Around
The Wrap Around is in simple words, a mirror image of the “A Cut Above” style, so this being a two-way liner above and below the eyelid. The smudgy wrap around eyeliner style is in trend currently as it creates a sultry edgy look known as a smoky eye. The smoky eye is a smudged version of the wrap around eyeliner.
4. Winged Out
The sexiest and most preferred, it takes the eyeliner game a notch higher. It is hard to perfect this look, and not perfecting the look can make you look so bad that the purpose of an eyeliner is lost. Although when this winged eyeliner look is mastered, you’ve owned the eyeliner game.
5. Negative Space
More commonly seen on clothes and nail art designs, this is a different eyeliner look that changes conventional designs. Sticking to the ‘less is more’ norms, it leaves a little space in between the fine eyeliner line leaving a dramatic touch.
6. Seeing Double
This eyeliner application is an extension to the winged out eyeliner. A fine line conjoining with the winged eyeliner, the two line eyeliner design complements the face like none other. Learn in detail from the video how to put it on.
7. Purple Haze
Create a show stopper look in this blend of purple haze with your usual black eyeliner. Blended towards the top border of the black eyeliner, this look is usually something that can never go wrong.

DIFFERENT WAYS TO APPLY EYELINER
So as we know, there are different eyeliner application modes: pencil eyeliner, liquid eyeliner, gel eyeliner and pen eyeliner.
Using Pencil Eyeliner
- Using your index finger, pull the outer edge of the upper lash line.
- Apply a fine line of eyeliner along the inner corner moving it towards the outer edge slowly.
- For a more natural look, line your eyes tight.
- To apply on the lower side, repeat the above steps with the lower lash.
Using Gel Eyeliner
- Dip the brush into the eyeliner and make sure the tip of the brush has enough eyeliner.
- Now, start applying fine line along the upper lash line from both the inner and outer corners.
- Align the middle part of the line towards the end adjusting it to your needs.
Using Liquid Eyeliner
- First and foremost, shake the bottle of eyeliner vigorously to mix it well.
- Take the brush with eyeliner and apply first along the middle of the upper lash, so it doesn’t go wrong.
- Now, slowly move from the middle to the outer side.
- The gaps between this line and the upper lash border need to be covered with a fine line.
- Both the fine lines need to join to give you the perfect look.
- To get it winged, apply some from the outer side, a little upwards.
