Kylie Jenner’s fans concerned after spotting large red mark on her bum

Kylie Jenner posed for a sexy snap in her underwear – but it wasn’t her amazing figure that fans noticed.

The reality star’s followers asked what had happened after spotting a big red ‘scar’ on her bum.

In the picture, which the 19-year-old shared in Instagram, Kylie Jenner is sat on the floor with her legs bent and her arms resting on her knees.

Half of her face is chopped off the picture, and she’s wearing a beige long-sleeved crop top and matching knickers.

But fans started asking about the big red mark on her bum.

One said: “Awe you alright Kylie what’s that scar”

Another commented: “‘What happened to ur butt?”

“There’s a fresh scar on your butt,” wrote another.

Some people theorised that it was a scar left behind by a butt implant operation.

But in truth, it’s actually a tattoo that reads ‘before sanity’ – in red ink.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star as the word ‘sanity’ inked in 2015 – styling it like ‘sa-nə-tē’ – and added the word ‘before’ at a later date.

Kylie has faced some backlash lately, after people accused her of photoshopping her selfies.

And this picture was no different.

Some people accused her of editing her stomach, to make it appear flatter, saying that the floor around the area had been left distorted.

One said: “I love Kylie but I have been looking at this and I don’t get how you can have such a flat skinny waist but a bigger butt like it doesn’t make sense.”

Another said: “Shouldnt a butt flatten where it touches the floor?” [sic]
