Blake’s Baby Daughter’s Name Revealed

Longtime fans of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are (probably) beaming with joy this brisk Wednesday morning as Us Weekly has uncovered one of the great mysteries of 2016: the name of the couple’s second child. According to the magazine, Blake and Ryan named their baby girl, who was born in Manhattan in September, Ines.

According to Nameberry, Ines loosely translates to “pure” or “virginal” and is the Portuguese variation of Agnes (which itself sounds like someone’s fabulous great aunt who loves puzzles and tea). The name is the 481st most popular of 2016 and was the 25th most popular in Spain in 2014.
