Ariel Winter totally shocked fans with her latest Instagram post. In the new pics, she’s hanging out with her boyfriend Luke Benward and hanging out in a cute bikini with an adorable new ‘do.

It’s hard to decide which is the star of her latest post, her bright red hair, her patterned bikini (by Sommer Swim, btw), or her impressive abs. In any case, fans were floored.

Ariel has also been super open and honest about her relationship with her body, and fans are still noticing. She’s not afraid to share her thoughts on body confidence or body shamers. “Ty for making me feel ok with my body <3 ,” another user said.
So just how does Ariel approach her fitness? Her trainer MackFit shared all the details with Women’s Health. She completes a 20-minute workout three times a week that targets her whole body, he said—and as far as equipment goes, Ariel only uses a pair of sliders.
Her five go-to moves are curtsy lunges, jump squats, plank up-downs, plank jacks, and knee tuck shoulder taps. “This workout could be done anywhere; it requires your own bodyweight and minimal equipment,” MackFit said, noting that Ariel even does this circuit when she’s traveling.
While Ariel has said she’s “never the most excitedddd person to go to the gym,” she likes how exercise makes her feel. “I think working out is really important for your physical health,” she said, per E!.
“I think mental health is really important, but also, if you want to be healthy and while I am not the most excited to put my workout clothes on and go and do that, it is really nice, when you leave, you feel better… I just want to build muscle. My body changes all of the time and I think right now, it’s just, I want to build muscle,” she added.
