There’s no doubt that 2022 is going to be Rita Ora’s year. The pop star rang in the new year on the beach in Australia, where she has been spending plenty of time ocean-side, as well as releasing a new music video for her song with Sam Feldt and attending the Being the Ricardos premiere.
“NYE – from me to you. ❤️🕊😌,” she captioned the pics.

And she’s been soaking up the sun ever since. She posted another beach-y post wearing a sparkly pink and orange bikini, sitting beachside.
“Dude I’m just trying to meditate 🧘♀️ 🌊,”

And in her latest post, she’s still soaking up the sun and spending as much time as possible on the beach while wearing a black bandeau bikini.
“I stayed here till I got at least one with a little bit of sun 🌞 I’m feeling 2022,” she captioned the pics.

While Down Under, besides spending time on the beach, Rita has also gotten in some sweaty workouts. She posted pics and videos from the gym, and her workout included doing chest presses while in a bridge position on a weight bench. (Dang!)

To help push herself, she also works with personal trainer Jono Castano, who shared more about their tough workouts with the Daily Mail.
“My philosophy requires recommending a combination of workouts comprising HIIT, stretching, and recovery. It’s important to ensure I hit each of the three areas for a rounded fitness and wellness plan,” Castano said. “For example, with Rita, we might focus on HIIT cardio training in the first half of the week, then core and upper body in the middle, and lower body at the end.”
He’s also shared tons of videos of Rita on his IG account of getting her sweat on, like this workout that included leg raises, hanging dumbbell holds, and hamster wheels:

And this workout that included hanging weighted knee-ups to strengthen her core:

Plus, she also loves to do yoga as another way to strengthen her body (and mind).

And for nutrition, Rita practices portion control. “I watch what I eat but I just cut my portions in half,” she told Cosmopolitan. “So if I want a burger I’ll just cut it in half and eat half of it. That or I’ll take the bread off and only eat the burger. Or if I want fries then I won’t have a burger to go with them.”
And she posts plenty of yummy food pics proving it, from a plate full of sweet potato fries and chocolate chip pancakes to a festive Easter feast which included a plate full of ham, corn and dessert of chocolate cake.
