Amy Childs speaks of love for daughter Polly in touching post following shock split with Bradley Wright

The 26-year-old star is set to be a single mum

She sensationally split up with the father of her baby just six weeks giving birth, but Amy Childs is trying to stay positive despite her recent heartbreak.

The new mum took to Instagram to share a touching tribute to her adorable daughter Polly.

In the sweet shot, Amy cradles her sleeping little one in her arms as she gazes off into the disance.

The former Towie star was dressed in an delicate embroidered gown and wore her hair scraped back in a sleek pony.

The redhead captioned the tribute: “My beautiful Polly is now 6 weeks old and the love I have for my daughter already is unconditional.”

Amy was clearly feeling emotional after a difficult few weeks.

She and Polly’s father Bradley Wright, who was jailed in 2015 for handling stolen goods, split just weeks after the birth after a string of rows.

The 26-year-old reality star is said to have kicked Bradley, 25, out of her house , although this has been dismissed by her team.

In a statement, a rep for Amy said: “Amy has not thrown Brad out, but they have split up amicably.

“Brad will of course see Polly whenever he likes and they will remain friends.”

The couple were together for a long time, having met at a pub in Brentwood and dating almost immediately.

But they split in 2015 when Bradley was sentenced to 16 months in prison – although he ended up serving just six months of his term before being released for good behaviour.

At the time of their first split, Amy told ITV’s Lorraine that she was disappointed in Bradley’s behaviour.

She said: “I have been let down again. But I’m a strong person. Every day, I try to keep myself really busy. It’s great keeping busy because it really takes my mind off of what’s happened.”

But the two reconciled in March 2016, and in October that year confirmed they were expecting their first child together – a baby sibling for Bradley’s seven-year-old daughter Lexi from a previous relationship.
