Emily Ratajkowski’s idea of business casual includes an exposed backside

When you’re Emily Ratajkowski, you can show up to business meetings wearing whatever you want.

The model, 27, posted a cheeky set of photos on Wednesday of her “business casual” outfit, which included a tiny crop top and Levi jeans with a huge rip in the back.

Though the gash seems like a DIY effort, Re/Done actually sells a very similar pair that way for $298, which includes extra stitching on either side of the rip so that it remains the perfect size without growing over time.

Luckily for Ratajkowski, she helms a swimwear and lingerie company, so it stands to reason that employees wouldn’t be offended by the emphasis on casual in “business casual.”

One thing’s for sure, the oft-nude model is never shy about showing any part of her body.
