Sophie Allen, a 27-year-old personal trainer from Australia, is out here putting to bed common misconceptions about the human body in the most attractive way possibility. The gorgeous down-under lady shared two photos of herself taken hours apart to show just how much your figure can change throughout the day.

The first image was taken after working out but before eating lunch. The second was taken after working and a lunch with water. You can tell the difference pretty easily.

“If these help break the perception that most people have flat stomachs around the clock, then I’ll continue to post them” she wrote. “So, what is normal? I believe normal is defined differently by everyone, but if the vast majority of people experience what’s going on in these photos (which they do), then it’s pretty normal! Whilst bloating and water retention, expanding of the stomach and that full feeling may be common, it can be related to a number of other things too.”

Allen pointed to poor digestions, sensitivity to certain foods, water retention, your cycle, drinking water too closely to meal time and a leaky gut as reasons for bloating. As anyone who has ever had a Thanksgiving dinner in their lives, we know this to be true.
