The reality TV star, 28, did away with the idea of a bikini two-piece, instead ditching her candy-coloured swim top to stroll around in just her pants.

The results of her recent breast enhancement surgery were on full show to her fellow sun-seekers as she made sure to tan the whole of her chest – avoiding any pesky strap lines.

She had her second boob job in March, opting to boost her already large G cup breasts. 

Ex on the Beach star Jemma chose an eye-popping pink thonged bikini knickers as her beachwear, with the neon shade perfectly complementing her tan.

The Manchester lass sizzled as she confidently revealed her flat tummy and tattoo-covered toned thighs.

She enjoyed a walk down the golden sands before getting racy in the sea, showing her impressive flexibility as she did the splits in the shallow waters.

Later Jem couldn’t resist the lure of the crystal clear waters and waded in further.

She let her soaking wet raven hair fall loose over her shoulders as she strode out of the waves, looking like she was focused on something the other side of the beach.

Perhaps feeling a little vulnerable about her chest being on full show, she made a half-hearted attempt to cover up one boob as she clutched her bikini top with her other hand.

The MTV beauty, who is staying in the plush Punta Cana resort, then channelled her inner Baywatch babe as she ruffled her hair and flashed her best pout while emerging from the tranquil setting.

The cheeky star then relished the chance to fool around, slapping two sandy handprints on her chest.

She giggled as she enjoyed her sun-soaked break alone.
