Billie and Greg welcomed their second child into the world on Tuesday
Sam Faiers has shared a snap of the heartwarming moment Nelly and baby Paul got to meet the new additon to the Faiers family.
Billie welcomed her second child on Tuesday and the moment Nelly was introduced to her new sibling was captured on camera.
In the photo, two-year-old Nelly is sat in front of the tot while baby Paul sits by his cousin’s side.
“This was one of the most precious moments I have ever seen. Nelly meeting her baby brother ❤ my beautiful baby nephew,” Sam wrote.
“We love you soo much, baby Paul is so excited to have a baby cousin. Congratulations @billiefairsofficial & @gregory_shep.”
Billie announced she had welcomed her “beautiful” new arrival in a touching social media announcement.
The reality star took to Instagram to share the news with her followers, dubbing her son – who’s name is as yet unknown – as “truly perfect”.
Posting a picture of Greg leaving the hospital with a baby carrier, Billie wrote: “Welcome to the world our beautiful baby boy we love you more then words can describe , you are truly perfect in every way … 07/03/17 (sic)”
And the former TOWIE star is set to have her hands full with her new bundle of joy, as Sam previously claimed little Nelly is a “little live wire” all on her own.
She said: “Nelly, her two year old, is a little live wire so juggling having Nelly, being pregnant and Christmas was a bit much. I think she should just put her feet up and take this time now to get ready for her baby.”
Meanwhile, Billie recently admitted she hasn’t been able to stop dipping her hand into the sweet tin since her due date has been creeping ever closer.
She explained: “I’m just at the last hurdle. I haven’t had many cravings, although I’ve eaten a lot more cereal and biscuits than usual.”
And the birth of their son will come as good news to the whole family, as Greg and Nelly were starting to get restless.
Billie said: “He’s [Greg] been saying: ‘Oh god, I really want you to have the baby now.’ This last bit is the hardest …
“The last couple of weeks she [Nelly] keeps saying to me: ‘Can I take him out now?’ “
