Sarah Nicole Landry\u00a0is opening up about normalizing natural bodies \u2014 stretch marks, body fat and all.<\/p>\n
The Canadian influencer, also known as\u00a0The Birds Papaya, took to Instagram on Sunday to share a\u00a0body positive\u00a0photo that encouraged her 2.2 million followers to “wear the clothes you love.”<\/p>\n
In the\u00a0post, the mother-of-four put two photos side-by-side \u2014 one with her bikini bottoms covering her lower belly, and another where she folded down the bottoms to reveal her “mom pooch” laden with stretch marks.<\/p>\n
“I know what your initial reaction may be. Because likely, it\u2019s the same as mine. One is better. One is worse. One good. One bad. \u2063One flattering. One unflattering,” Landry began in the\u00a0caption. “And there begins the spin of our value being placed in one or the other. A good or a bad. A better or worse. A flattering or an unflattering.”<\/p>\n
“It creates a system that runs inside of us.\u2063 One that isn\u2019t disrupted by who we are, but by our own disguises and false beliefs,” she\u00a0continued. “One brings relief. One brings shame. One brings confidence. One rips it apart. \u2063One feels attractive. One feels unattractive.”<\/p>\n
