Sarah Nicole Landry\u00a0is receiving praise for her honest post about self-love and\u00a0body confidence.<\/p>\n
The Canadian Influencer, also known as\u00a0The Birds Papaya, took to Instagram on Monday to share a body positive\u00a0video\u00a0that encouraged followers to “come home” to their natural bodies.<\/p>\n
In the video, the mother-of-four faced the camera to show off her postpartum figure \u2014 stretch marks, cellulite and all \u2014 in a black bra and panty set. Landry oozed confidence as she ran her fingers through her blonde locks and smiled at the camera.<\/p>\n
In the caption, the Guelph, Ont.-based content creator credited poet, speaker and “soul-filled content creator”\u00a0Arielle Estoria, who created the video’s audio.<\/p>\n
“Audio \/ words \/ permission by the lovely and amazing, everyone-should-follow Arielle Estoria … homecoming,” she wrote in the\u00a0caption.<\/p>\n
“People will often ask me. Where did you get all that confidence from? Or how are you so confident? And a lot of times I think confidence doesn’t have anything to do with it,”\u00a0read\u00a0the video’s on-screen text. “It’s just that I finally came home to a body I thought for so long was not worthy of being cherished or worth coming home to a body that I didn’t know how to live in. So no, I don’t call this confidence, I call it a homecoming.”<\/p>\n
