Scheana Shay told Page Six in an exclusive new interview that her body image is back intact seven months after\u00a0welcoming daughter Summer Moon\u00a0with fianc\u00e9 Brock Davies.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s hard because I struggled for the first four months,\u201d the \u201cVanderpump Rules\u201d veteran, 36, told us while promoting\u00a0her Bella Boss capsule collection, noting that it was initially difficult to embrace her post-pregnancy curves.<\/p>\n

Shay \u2014 who\u00a0developed preeclampsia and HELLP Syndrome\u00a0during the delivery of her baby girl \u2014 learned to appreciate her figure by continually reminding herself that her body \u201cwent through a lot\u201d to fulfill her dream of becoming a mother.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wouldn\u2019t have it any other way. I would tear apart my body for that baby,\u201d said the TV personality, whose path to parenthood included\u00a0a devastating miscarriage she suffered\u00a0in the summer of 2020.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe is worth it,\u201d she added, \u201cbut it took quite a few months of slowly getting back into workouts and everything to feel good and confident again.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

Shay admitted that it was tough not to compare herself to other new moms, including pal and Bravo co-star Lala Kent, who seemed to \u201csnap back the next day,\u201d she has said, after\u00a0giving birth to daughter Ocean\u00a0in March.<\/p>\n

Shay finally feels \u201cgood and confident\u201d in her body after giving birth to daughter Summer Moon in April.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\u201cThat part was hard, I will say,\u201d she acknowledged. Still, the \u201cScheananigans\u201d podcast host was optimistic that she would eventually silence her inner saboteur.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just had to be really kind to myself and remember that my body created a human life. I was excited for the day that I could rock a crop top again,\u201d she said, adding with a laugh, \u201cI swear, the day I put my belly button ring in, I felt like me again.\u201d<\/p>\n
