“As easy as I might make self confidence seem, it\u2019s so much more than just putting on your cutest undie set and posing for pics,” she wrote. “Everyday I choose to be my biggest cheerleader, I know my many privileges and I\u2019ll never forget the darkness of body dysmorphia and disordered eating and will forever protect myself. Embracing all the changes and challenges of being a new mom has definitely given me a new perspective. At times self care seemed impossible and insignificant when you\u2019re trying to juggle so baby, work and still being present in your relationship. I used to love that saying ‘put your mask on before helping others’ but seriously I would never put my mask on first if my baby needed me.”<\/p>\n
