Bella Hadid posed for\u00a0a series of Instagram snaps\u00a0on Sunday, wearing a see-through\u00a0\u201cwet look\u201d minidress\u00a0($2,840) from\u00a0Di Petsa.<\/p>\n

While the model\u2019s sexy outfit seems soaked, it was actually created using designer Dimitra Petsa\u2019s signature draping and stitching technique, which makes dry, recycled mesh appear drenched.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur goal in fashion is to allow people to be unashamedly wet,\u201d Petsa told Page Six Style of her work, which is inspired by \u201cthe way that we treat our bodily fluids.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIf we cry in public, we must hide it. If we breastfeed in public, we must hide it. It is this censorship and feeling of shame that we aim to destigmatize through our designs,\u201d she shared. \u201cI wanted to create the vision of a woman empowered by her wetness.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hadid, who paired Petsa\u2019s distinctive design with\u00a0Yeezy Foam Runners\u00a0and gold jewelry, is far from the designer\u2019s only famous fan; her sister Gigi\u00a0wore a similar dress\u00a0for her maternity shoot last September.<\/p>\n\n
