She\u2019s a content planner, strategist and producer with a 360-degree lens on the industry. With her\u00a0YouTube channel of 297,000 subscribers, her \u201cThe Real Reel\u201d podcast and her social media consulting business,\u00a0WeBloom Social, she\u2019s unstoppable.<\/p>\n<div class=\"e3lan e3lan-in-post1\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cThe Internet is a highlight reel, and you usually only see people\u2019s good days,\u201d she told The Post. \u201cWhile you want to share that and celebrate all your highs, it\u2019s also important to show to people that\u2019s not all that you are. People compare themselves online \u2014 I\u2019m guilty of it, too \u2014 so it\u2019s really important to be authentic and to show that\u2019s not real life all the time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are ups and there are downs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Barbu graduated from North Carolina State University with her bachelor\u2019s degree in industrial engineering and transferred the skills and connections she formed in her college days to developing her new app, Rella, available for download this fall. It\u2019s an extension of her social media agency, WeBloom Social.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wanted a way to work on the other side of the influencer industry \u2014 to help brands connect with influencers and create campaigns that are going to reach their audience and help their company,\u201d she adds. \u201cI\u2019ve always worked as an influencer, so I wanted to help brands facilitate influencer relationships and brand deals. Two of her favorite episodes are with\u00a0Summer Fridays founder Marianna Hewitt\u00a0and\u00a0Remote HQ founder Waikit Lau.
