Said to be the real first lady of fashion, President Donald Trump’s daughter didn’t disappoint in the style stakes<\/h2>\n

She’s said to have been one of the most important people in her father Donald’s presidential campaign, so it’s no wonder that everyone was watching <\/span>Ivanka Trump <\/span>closely during the inauguration weekend.<\/p>\n

The 34-year-old business woman has her own website <\/span>ivankatrump.com <\/span>#womenwhowork, which offers advice everything from fashion to homes and on mixing work and family life.<\/p>\n

And Ivanka also has her own fashion line, with price points at the mid-market range, aimed at professional working women.<\/p>\n

With all that under her belt, the incredibly stylish entrepreneur has been tipped by many to be <\/span>America’s real first lady of fashion <\/span>.<\/p>\n

Melania Trump might have stepped up her game, as of late, but she’s not as quite as up to speed with her style as Ivanka.<\/p>\n

Here’s everything she wore over the <\/span>inauguration weekend <\/span>.<\/p>\n

Pre-inaugural wreath-laying ceremony<\/h3>\n

In contrast to FLOTUS’ black ensemble, Ivanka wore an eye-catching emerald green dress and matching coat by <\/span>Oscar de la Renta <\/span>. She’d previously dazzled in the hue during the second presidential debate in a <\/span>$2,300 Roland Mouret \u2018Marett\u2019 dress <\/span>.<\/p>\n

While her outfit wasn’t subtle by any means, she looked understated and elegant and took a leaf out of the <\/span>Duchess of Cambridge <\/span>, Kate Middleton’s style book, by teaming her bold look with nude court shoes.<\/p>\n

With her hair styled into waves, she accessorised with a pair of cat-eye sunglasses.<\/p>\n

It may have been a classic monochrome dress, but Ivanka’s Carolina Herrera gown matched step-mother Melania in the style stakes at the inauguration eve dinner.<\/p>\n

The simple black waist detailing with dramatic bow at the back, oozed elegance and showed off Ivanka’s gorgeous figure.<\/p>\n

Opting for a chic updo, she wisely accessorised with a pair of statement earrings, letting the rest of the look do the talking.<\/p>\n

For the big day itself, Ivanka decided to wear a chic white Oscar de la Renta pant suit, matching her sister Tiffany.<\/p>\n

With her hair styled into loose curls, it was an all-American girl look, which said ‘I’m ready for business’ at the same time.<\/p>\n

While we all know that ex Democratic rival <\/span>Hillary Clinton is a big fan of the pant suit <\/span>, is this an indication that Ivanka really will help to shake things up?<\/p>\n

All eyes were going to be on Donald and <\/span>Melania during the inaugural balls <\/span>on Friday, but Ivanka made sure we didn’t forget about her, by wearing a show-stopping Carolina Herrera dress.<\/p>\n

The glittering fairytale-style gown featured a delicate v-neckline and long, embellished sheer sleeves, with a layered full skirt.<\/p>\n

We know that Ivanka can do glam really well – her custom-designed Vera Wang wedding dress in 2009, was inspired by Grace Kelly.<\/p>\n

After wowing at the inaugural balls, Ivanka was back to business mode, in a chic burgundy ensemble by Oscar de la Renta, for the church service on Saturday.<\/span><\/p>\n

The late Dominican-American fashion designer was clearly a key part of Ivanka’s inauguration wardrobe, and it’ll be interesting to see who she wears in future.<\/p>\n

Both he and Carolina Herrera have become key figures associated with First Lady style, having dressed the likes of Jackie Kennedy, Nancy Reagan, Laura Bush, Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama.<\/p>\n

While <\/span>Michelle favoured a bright and vibrant wardrobe <\/span>, Ivanka seems to love shift dresses with matchy-matchy accessories, and killer heels.<\/p>\n\n
