Rachel Uchitel \u2014 who was\u00a0recently photographed\u00a0kissing married lawyer Ed Batts on their way home from a romantic getaway \u2014 claims he is already\u00a0separated\u00a0from his wife.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, Batts\u2019 wife of six years, Robyn, told the Daily Mail that he met Uchitel, best known as\u00a0Tiger Woods\u2019\u00a0former\u00a0mistress, online in November. He suddenly left her, Robyn claims, less than a month later, by closing the family bank account and boarding a red-eye to Palm Beach, Fla., to be with Uchitel, as well as shipping his Porsche down south.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s such a huge betrayal. The kids are devastated. They wanted him there at Christmas and he wasn\u2019t there,\u201d Robyn told the British outlet.<\/p>\n\n

But Uchitel told Page Six, \u201cRobyn is publicly humiliating her estranged husband, whom she has been separated from for quite awhile, by using me as a target.\u201d She added, \u201cIt\u2019s sad that the media has yet again taken a story out of context and are trying to paint me as a mistress, when that is not the case.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meantime, Uchitel\u00a0will appear in the upcoming HBO documentary, \u201cTiger,\u201d and says it\u2019s her chance to tell her side of the story about another relationship, so that \u201cthe public can see how I was vilified over the past decade.\u201d<\/p>\n

Uchitel, whose fiance died in 9\/11, made headlines when Woods\u2019 then-wife, Elin Nordegren, discovered their affair, and it subsequently came out he\u2019d\u00a0cheated with multiple women.<\/p>\n
