Fashion darling Alexander Wang is facing mounting accusations of sexual assault \u2014 which he adamantly denies.<\/p>\n

Instagram account S\u2014t Model Management\u00a0and\u00a0internet watchdog Diet Prada\u00a0in recent days shared several anonymous stories of alleged misconduct \u2014 including one person\u2019s claim the designer served water laced with party drug Molly \u2014 after model Owen Mooney came forward earlier this month with groping accusations.<\/p>\n

Mooney, who says he met Wang during a chance encounter at a New York City nightclub in 2017, claimed via TikTok that the designer groped him. (Mooney initially didn\u2019t reveal the alleged groper\u2019s name, but said it was Wang when a commenter guessed.)<\/p>\n

\u201cI was by myself at one point and this guy next to me obviously took advantage of the fact that no one could f\u2013king move and he just started, like, touching me up. And fully like, up my leg, in my crotch, like it made me freeze completely because I was in such shock,\u201d Mooney said in the TikTok video. \u201cI looked to my left to see who it was and it was this really famous fashion designer. Like, I couldn\u2019t believe that he was doing that to me. It made me go into even more shock. It was really f\u2013ked up.\u201d<\/p>\n

When asked for comment, Wang denied the accusations in a statement to Page Six Style, saying via a rep: \u201cOver the last few days, I have been on the receiving end of baseless and grotesquely false accusations. These claims have been wrongfully amplified by social media accounts infamous for posting defamatory material from undisclosed and\/or anonymous sources with zero evidence or any fact checking whatsoever. Seeing these lies about me being perpetuated as truths has been infuriating.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

He continued, \u201cI have never engaged in the atrocious behavior described and would never conduct myself in the manner that\u2019s been alleged. I intend to get to the bottom of this and hold accountable whoever is responsible for originating these claims and viciously spreading them online.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other accusers, as reported by S\u2014t Model Management and Diet Prada, made claims of unwanted sexual advances. Some accusers said they were given drinks \u2014 which they later thought could have been drugged \u2014 after they unwittingly ended up at home with Wang.<\/p>\n

The designer, who is close with celebrities like Gigi and Bella Hadid, Hailey Baldwin, Kendall Jenner and Kaia Gerber, often heavily features themes of partying in his fashion designs, runway shows and over-the-top afterparties. Diet Prada also pointed out that Wang\u00a0cast R. Kelly in a 2017 ad campaign\u00a0meant to \u201cblur the lines between fantasy and reality\u201d after the singer was acquitted in a child pornography case.<\/p>\n

Model Karen Elson commented on Diet Prada\u2019s compilation of information against Wang.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo-one should feel pressured to get wasted, let alone be drugged or fend off unwanted sexual advances under the guise of having a good time or at work. Consent is consent,\u201d she wrote, in part. \u201cYes it\u2019s difficult when it\u2019s someone you know or admire in the industry but it shouldn\u2019t minimize the hurt that person has allegedly caused others, if these conversations don\u2019t happen then nothing will change for the better.\u201d<\/p>\n
