Actor Ricky Schroder and My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell both helped get Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse out of jail on a $2 million bond Friday, according to a report.<\/p>\n

The baby-faced gunman \u2014 who\u00a0faces murder charges\u00a0in the Aug. 25 shooting during Black Lives Matter protests in the Wisconsin city \u2014 posed for a pic with the \u201cNYPD Blue\u201d actor after the bond was\u00a0posted by his lawyers\u00a0on Friday, CBS affiliate\u00a0WBBM-TV reported.<\/p>\n

Lin Wood, one of Rittenhouse\u2019s lawyers,\u00a0posted the photo on Twitter\u00a0shortly before 9 p.m.<\/p>\n

\u201cFREE AT LAST!!!\u201d Wood wrote on the post, which shows a smiling Rittenhouse standing between Schroder and attorney John Pierce.<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you; All Donors. Thank you, All Patriots. Thank God Almighty.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rittenhouse, of Antioch, Illinois, claims he acted in self-defense when he shot and killed protesters Anthony Huber, 26, and Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and wounded a third man while with a militia group during protests of the police shooting of Jacob Blake.<\/p>\n

Blake was shot seven times in the back by Kenosha cops during a domestic disturbance, sparking anti-police demonstrations.<\/p>\n\n

Rittenhouse fled to Illinois but surrendered to police there the following day, and was later extradited back to Wisconsin to face trial.<\/p>\n

The teen has become the darling of conservative and pro-gun groups.<\/p>\n

More than $500,000 has been raised through a legal defense fund and through donations from high-profile supporters, WBBM said, including Lindell and Schroder, who first gained fame as a child actor in the 1979 classic \u201cThe Champ\u201d \u2014 alongside Jon Voight \u2014 and TV\u2019s \u201cSilver Spoons\u201d in the 80s.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Rittenhouse\u2019s release on bond didn\u2019t sit well with John Hubert, whose son was killed by Rittenhouse.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe has people out there who will help him, organizations, militia groups raising money for his defense right now,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe thinks he\u2019s above the law. He\u2019s been treated as such by law enforcement. He believes he\u2019s justified in the case, and for him to run wouldn\u2019t surprise me.\u201d<\/p>\n
