So it\u2019s no surprise the fashion legend included a strapless version of the closet staple in\u00a0her new holiday collaboration\u00a0with designer (and fellow Dane) Anine Bing, which was inspired by her own \u201990s style.<\/p>\n
\u201cI just love the way it shapes the female body,\u201d Christensen told Page Six Style of the bodysuit. \u201cWomen have beautiful shoulders and I think it\u2019s wonderful to show them. They go well with so many different pieces of clothing: a pair of jeans and a pair of kitten heels, a full skirt and a pair of sneakers, under an oversized shirt with flat leather sandals.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cPersonally, I love pajamas and robes, clothes with relaxed shapes and fits. I think most people climb into soft, loose apparel whenever they step through their front door \u2014 even more so in the times we currently live in. If you can wear elegant pieces that gives you that same vibe, then that\u2019s a winning combination.\u201d<\/p>\n
For Bing \u2014 whose lacy bralettes, leather moto jackets and buckled booties are a hit with beauties like Bella Hadid, Alessandra Ambrosio and Kaia Gerber \u2014 the collaboration fit right in with her signature aesthetic. (She named the bodysuit as her personal favorite piece, too.)<\/p>\n
\u201cHelena and I met in our West Village store in New York last year,\u201d the designer told us. \u201cShe had been shopping there for a few years, and once I heard she was a fan of the brand, we finally had a chance to meet. Helena has perfected the model-off-duty look, which is always the inspiration behind my styling. The Anine Bing woman is timeless and effortless, which are two words that I would use to describe Helena.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cTimeless\u201d is certainly an apt descriptor for Christensen\u2019s glowing skin, which she humbly attributes to her diligent daily beauty routine.<\/p>\n
\u201cI swear by a lot of products \u2026 mostly serums and oils,\u201d she said. \u201cI try to drink a lot of water, but that isn\u2019t always easy, so I hydrate with a few spritzes of skin tonics and drops of face oils throughout the day. I adore masks for when I\u2019m home working or cleaning.\u201d<\/p>\n
