Jessica Mulroney is ready to celebrate again after some \u201crough months\u201d that saw her\u00a0accused of \u201ctextbook white privilege\u201d\u00a0and facing rumors she and BFF Meghan Markle\u00a0were on the outs.<\/p>\n

The Canadian stylist, 40, said on social media that she\u2019s found the silver lining in her ordeal, writing \u201cwe finally know the a\u2013holes who we thought were our friends.\u201d<\/p>\n

She shared the message with\u00a0a photo\u00a0on Instagram Friday showing her smooching husband Ben Mulroney, a TV host and the son of Canada\u2019s former prime minister Brian Mulroney.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter a few rough months, something to FINALLY celebrate,\u201d she wrote. \u201cThank you for being by my side Benny.<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you to our true friends for sticking by us. We could have never made it without you.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear what the couple was celebrating.<\/p>\n\n

The post came months after Canadian lifestyle blogger Sasha Exeter\u00a0accused Mulroney in June\u00a0of \u201ctextbook white privilege.\u201d<\/p>\n

Exeter claimed Mulroney \u201ctook offense\u201d when she encouraged her followers to speak up about the Black Lives Matter movement, \u201cwrongly assumed\u201d the prompt was directed at her specifically, and exhibited \u201cvery problematic behavior\u201d that culminated in a written threat.<\/p>\n

Mulroney\u00a0later issued an apology\u00a0and stepped back from social media. In response to the allegations, \u201cGood Morning America\u201d\u00a0cut ties\u00a0with the fashion influencer.<\/p>\n

Reports said Markle\u00a0was \u201cmortified\u201d\u00a0by the accusations against Mulroney and that the women\u2019s\u2019 years-long friendship was on the rocks.<\/p>\n

Last month, Mulroney\u00a0addressed the speculations\u00a0she and the Duchess of Sussex were no longer close in an Instagram post she later deleted.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m going to tell this once and for all. Meghan and I are family. She is the kindest friend and has checked up on me every day,\u201d Mulroney wrote.<\/p>\n

A source recently\u00a0told the Daily Mail\u00a0that Meghan, 39, \u201chas stood by [Mulroney] privately and they\u2019ve talked a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cJess was loyal to Meghan for many, many years. There was no way that Meg would let her down,\u201d the source said.<\/p>\n
