An email sent by Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden\u2019s brother Jim to Hunter Biden and others regarding a potential business venture with a now-bankrupt Chinese conglomerate included the name of Biden\u2019s vice presidential running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris, according to a report.<\/p>\n

The email, dated May 15, 2017, and\u00a0obtained by Fox News, is not related to the laptop or hard drive belonging to Hunter Biden that was\u00a0first reported on by The Post, according to the network.<\/p>\n

In the correspondence, Jim Biden shares a list of \u201ckey domestic contacts for phase one target projects\u201d for\u00a0the venture with CEFC\u00a0China Energy Co.<\/p>\n

The list included prominent Democratic names such as Sens. Harris of California, Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota, Dianne Feinstein of California and Kirsten Gillibrand of New York, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, former Virginia Gov. Terry McCauliffe and others.<\/p>\n

The email\u2019s subject line read: \u201cPhase one domestic contacts\/ projects,\u201d according to the network.<\/p>\n

It is unclear if any of the lawmakers listed were ever contacted for any reason related to the email.<\/p>\n

While the network reports that this email was not related to others, emails obtained by The Post earlier this month showed Hunter Biden pursued lucrative deals involving CEFC China Energy Co.<\/p>\n\n

In an email sent to Hunter dated May 13, 2017, obtained by The Post, details of \u201cremuneration packages\u201d were discussed for six people involved in an unspecified business venture.<\/p>\n

Hunter Biden was identified as \u201cChair \/ Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC,\u201d an apparent reference to the bankrupt company.<\/p>\n

Aside from Hunter Biden in the email obtained by Fox News, the other recipients were identified as Tony Bobulinski, Rob Walker and James Gilliar.<\/p>\n

Bobulinski, who describes himself as a former business partner of Hunter,\u00a0told The Post\u2019s Michael Goodwin\u00a0on Thursday that the May 13 email was \u201cgenuine.\u201d<\/p>\n

That email included an outline of a \u201cprovisional agreement\u201d for an unnamed company, under which 80 percent of the \u201cequity,\u201d or shares in the new company, would be split equally among four people whose initials correspond to the sender and three recipients, with \u201cH\u201d apparently referring to Biden.<\/p>\n

\u201cHunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.\u201d A proposed equity split references \u201c20\u201d for \u201cH\u201d and \u201c10 held by H for the big guy?\u201d with no further details.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Goodwin, Bobulinski confirmed that \u201cthe big guy\u201d was, in fact,\u00a0the 2020 Democratic presidential nominee.<\/p>\n

The email was contained in a trove of data that the owner of a computer repair shop in Delaware said was recovered from a MacBook Pro laptop that was dropped off in April 2019 and never retrieved.<\/p>\n
