\u201cI would for sure rather gain ten pounds! I don\u2019t think I\u2019ll ever eat pork in my life,\u201d the <\/span>Strong Looks Better Naked<\/i> <\/span>author revealed.<\/p>\n

For meat lovers, it\u2019s hard to imagine a diet without crispy pork belly and good ol\u2019 bacon! But the 32-year-old said she get\u2019s her fix in the form of lean white meat.<\/p>\n

\u201cTurkey bacon only, baby!,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n

Khlo\u00e9, who is currently dating NBA star Tristan Thompson, is constantly coming up with new and innovative recipes on holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving because \u201call of the recipes have bacon in them,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n

The ex-wife of former Lakers player Lamar Odom recently opened up to <\/span>Health<\/i> <\/span>magazine about her lifelong struggle with food.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was going through my divorce, and I just really needed an outlet. I had turned to food and had an unhealthy relationship with food my whole life,” she said. “I was like: ‘Food has never helped me lose weight.'”<\/p>\n

But Khlo\u00e9 said she has finally broke the vicious cycle she had with comfort eating and loves eating healthy and working out to maintain her banging figure.<\/p>\n

\u201cI make this healthy Armenian rice pilaf with boiled edamame,\u201d she previously revealed on the app.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe edamame has about 15 grams of protein so I feel good, but still satisfied from my rice.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Khlo\u00e9, who\u2019s new TV show <\/span>Revenge Body<\/i> <\/span>airs on <\/span>E! News<\/i> <\/span>Australia on January 13, has sparked controversy among health experts who are concerned the show is sending the wrong message.<\/p>\n

Dietitian, health and body positivity coach Rebecca Clyde of Nourish Nutrition posted on her Facebook page that \u201cthe idea to package a 100% appearance based program in a pretty & positive bow is horrifying. Getting back at your ex with a \u2018revenge body\u2019 is not empowering, nor is it body positive. It can\u2019t be, it is the antithesis.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, trainer Lacey Stone who appears on the show, told FOX 411 that the show isn’t about getting revenge despite its title.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, the title is revenge, but it\u2019s not about that,\u201d she insisted. \u201cThis is a transformation show … and it makes me upset that people who don\u2019t know what the show is about have these opinions.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s someone in every one of these people\u2019s lives who told them they\u2019re not enough. That\u2019s what this show is about,\u201d Lacey said.<\/p>\n
