David, who had been riding by, started hassling Chris Cuomo about social distancing, and the CNN star later seethed on his radio show that one big downside to money and fame is that he couldn\u2019t tell the guy to \u201cgo to hell.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t want some jackass, loser, fat tire biker being able to pull over and get in my space and talk bullsh\u2013t to me, I don\u2019t want to hear it,\u201d\u00a0 Cuomo raged.<\/p>\n
\u201cI want to be able to tell you to go to hell, to shut your mouth \u2026 I don\u2019t get that doing what I do for a living: me being able to tell you to shut your mouth or I will do you the way you guys do each other.\u201d<\/p>\n
David told The Post he was stunned that Cuomo verbally attacked him the way he did.<\/p>\n
The 65-year-old longtime resident said he was just out for a bike ride before Easter dinner when he spotted who he thought was Chris Cuomo on property he says the CNN anchor bought in East Hampton last year. The acreage is still being developed; a steel frame for its future house is all that\u2019s up at the moment, David said.

David said Cuomo was with his wife, another woman and three kids who were playing around on the property.<\/p>\n
The resident said he stopped and sat on his bike \u201cwell over a hundred feet\u201d from the property.<\/p>\n
\u201cI just looked and said, \u2018Is that Chris Cuomo? Isn\u2019t he supposed to be quarantined?\u201d<\/p>\n
Cuomo has been\u00a0 regularly airing his TV and radio shows from his family\u2019s home in Southampton \u2014 although from the basement as he stayed quarantined from them.<\/p>\n

But by Tuesday morning \u2014 after The Post and other outlets reported Cuomo\u2019s meltdown, including about his run-in with the bicyclist \u2014 the police \u201chad a whole different attitude,\u201d David said.<\/p>\n
The man said he asked the investigating officer, \u201cAny chance you saw the report\u201d about Cuomo\u2019s radio rant?<\/p>\n
\u201cYes, we have,\u201d the cop said.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think you\u2019ll like what we\u2019ve written,\u201d the officer added, according to David, referring to the police report that was being prepared.<\/p>\n
David \u2014 who said he is a lifelong Democrat and voted for Andrew Cuomo for governor \u2014 added that he doesn\u2019t plan on pressing charges against Chris Cuomo unless \u201cI get any more feeling that this guy\u2019s a threat to me,\u201d adding that he just wanted to get something on the record.<\/p>\n\n
