The damages would cover the Schwartz family\u2019s \u201cpain and suffering, emotional distress and property damage,\u201d according to the documents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"canvas-text Mb(1.0em) Mb(0)--sm Mt(0.8em)--sm canvas-atom\" data-type=\"text\">In the filing, Schwartz\u2019s attorney reiterates his client\u2019s claim that Bieber spit in his face in March 2013 when he asked the then-19-year-old to drive slower in their neighborhood for the \u201csafety of residents.\u201d He claims that Bieber then continued to \u201cthreaten, harass, and intimate Plaintiffs\u201d prior to&nbsp;the aforementioned egging.<\/p>\n<p class=\"canvas-text Mb(1.0em) Mb(0)--sm Mt(0.8em)--sm canvas-atom\" data-type=\"text\">\u201cFollowing the offensive and indecent attack on Mr. Schwartz, Bieber continued to harass, intimidate, and threaten the Schwartz family at every opportunity possible, which included yelling obscenities and threats at the Plaintiffs and their minor daughter, as well as making anti-Semitic statements to Plaintiff,\u201d the documents allege.<\/p>\n<p class=\"canvas-text Mb(1.0em) Mb(0)--sm Mt(0.8em)--sm canvas-atom\" data-type=\"text\">Bieber was charged with misdemeanor vandalism after pleading no contest in the 2014 egging incident, and received two years probation.
