{"id":6286,"date":"2017-01-09T09:51:17","date_gmt":"2017-01-09T09:51:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/?p=6286"},"modified":"2017-01-09T09:51:17","modified_gmt":"2017-01-09T09:51:17","slug":"mom-charged-with-capital-murder-after-allegedly-stabbing-5-year-old-daughter-to-death","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/?p=6286","title":{"rendered":"Mom Charged With Capital Murder After Allegedly Stabbing 5-Year-Old Daughter to Death"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"yui_3_18_0_4_1483955341591_2129\">A mother has been charged with capital murder after she allegedly stabbed her 5-year-old daughter to death in their Texas home on Thursday, according to police.<\/p>\n<div class=\"box shadow  \"><div class=\"box-inner-block\"><i class=\"fa tie-shortcode-boxicon\"><\/i>\n\t\t\t<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/link.brightcove.com\/services\/player\/bcpid1750003874001\/?bctid=5274904705001\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/div>\n<p id=\"yui_3_18_0_4_1483955341591_2128\">The Hays County Sheriff\u2019s office said they received a 911 call reporting an aggravated assault to the home and when they arrived they found 58-year-old Eustorgio Arellano-Uresti in the driveway with multiple stab wounds and a 10-inch knife in his back pocket, according to the report.<\/p>\n<p>Arellano-Uresti told police that his daughter-in-law, 24-year-old Krystle Villanueva, stabbed him and was alone inside with her daughter. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>They then found Villanueva getting out of the shower and 5-year-old Giovanna Hernandez dead inside of a bedroom, according to police.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is one of the worst cases I\u2019ve ever seen,\u201d Sheriff Gary Cutler said.&nbsp;\u201cThe suspect has had minor issues with law enforcement in the past, nothing major.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Arellano-Uresti told officers that at around 11 a.m. he walked into the kitchen to make lunch when he saw Villanueva take a knife to a back bedroom. He then heard the child crying.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities said they believe at this time&nbsp;Villanueva was stabbing her daughter. The mother&nbsp;then returned to the kitchen and began stabbing her father-in-law in the back and forehead as he tried to grab the knife, the affidavit said.<\/p>\n<p>Villanueva allegedly abused drugs and had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and ADHD, according to court documents.<\/p>\n<p>Villanueva has also been charged with aggravated assault, a second degree felony.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_18_0_4_1483955341591_2122\">Arellano-Uresti is expected to recover.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0; padding: 0; clear: both;\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A mother has been charged with capital murder after she allegedly stabbed her 5-year-old daughter to death in their Texas home on Thursday, according to police.
