In the clip, Teresa showed her fellow Jersey Housewives a photo of a shirtless guy while out at dinner and said, \u201cHe\u2019s the one I hooked up with.\u201d<\/p>\n
Later, her brother Joe Gorga met up with Teresa and the man who appeared to be the same one from the photo.<\/p>\n
\u201cWere you guys messing around?\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe might have kissed,\u201d the man said.<\/p>\n
But while she might not have cheated, Teresa admitted she wasn\u2019t happy in her marriage, telling costar\u00a0Jennifer Aydin\u00a0she \u201cdoesn\u2019t know\u201d if she\u2019s still in love with Joe.<\/p>\n
\u201cI haven\u2019t been happy in so long,\u201d she then told sister-in-law\u00a0Melissa Gorga. \u201cAnd I just want to be happy again.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI feel like I\u2019m living the worst nightmare ever,\u201d she told\u00a0Danielle Staub,\u00a0adding that she feels like \u201cdrinking a bottle of tequila every night.\u201d<\/p>\n
All of this comes at a time where Joe\u2019s future in the United States remains in question. The 49-year-old reality star is currently in Italy awaiting his final appeal in his\u00a0ongoing deportation battle.<\/p>\n

He has been away from the home he shares with Teresa and their four daughters \u2014 Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10 \u2014 since he began a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud in March 2016. And the spouses haven\u2019t lived under the same roof since she\u00a0began her prison sentence\u00a0for the same crimes in January 2015.<\/p>\n
Though Joe has lived in the United States since he was a child,\u00a0he\u00a0never obtained American citizenship, and immigrants can be deported if they are convicted of \u201ca crime of moral turpitude\u201d or an \u201caggravated felony,\u201d according to U.S. law.<\/p>\n
That ruling came\u00a0Joe\u2019s way last October. He\u2019s appealed twice so far, and has been denied both times. A final ruling is expected in November.<\/p>\n
A petition to be released back to his home wasn\u2019t granted, but a\u00a0request to go to Italy was. Last Friday, he was released from ICE custody and flew to Rome, where he has been spending time with family and FaceTiming his children.<\/p>\n
While Teresa has publicly stood by her husband thus far, she has also\u00a0been realistic about the fate of their marriage should he be deported, admitting on the\u00a0RHONJ<\/em>\u00a0season 9 reunion that she\u2019s \u201cnot doing a long-distance relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n
