Annually, Orlando’s IFAI Expo<\/a><\/strong> provides four days of buying and selling opportunities, networking, learning, and fun \u2014 all to over 5,000 industry professionals interested in improving their businesses and increasing profitability. The event, held at the Orlando Convention Center, is scheduled to take place October 1\u20134, 2019. Tickets are currently on sale for the event. The sooner that you buy them, the easier it is to take advantage of discounts and savings.<\/p>\n

Anyone who\u2019s a manufacturer, supplier, R&D professional, craftsman, designer, fabricator, engineer, or product developer should try hard to attend the event. You\u2019ll be able to brainstorm and troubleshoot problems, go through real-life case studies, and gain knowledge that helps you succeed.<\/p>\n

To prepare for the event, it’s best to know some things about the venue, parking, and even what where to stay. You’ll have a much easier time planning your trip that way. The Cost of Admission<\/h2>\n

There are four types of tickets<\/a><\/strong> you can buy. They are All Access, Expo Plus, One Day (Wed. or Thurs.), and Show Floor. Discounts are available through August 28th. After that, tickets are regular price.<\/p>\n

All-Access tickets are $549 to $749 depending on when they are purchased and whether the person buying them is a Member or Non-Member. Expo Plus tickets range from $449 to $649. One Day is $349 to $549. Show Floor is $59 to $109 and runs from October 2\u20134, 2019.<\/p>\n

Optional Add-Ons for Your Registration Package<\/h2>\n

There are some optional add-ons you can include with your registration package. One promising one is Behind the Scenes of Walt Disney. There are only 20 spots available. The event takes place on October 1, 2019, from 8 AM to 3:30 PM.<\/p>\n

The Industrial Fabrics Foundation (IFF) Night takes place on October 1, 2019, from 6 PM to 9:30 PM. It’s an opportunity to further network, enjoy great music, and feast on delicious foods and drinks.<\/p>\n

The 5K Fun Run is scheduled for October 2, 2019, from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM. It’s your opportunity to get in a good workout and meet other members, sponsors, and exhibitors from the event. You can walk or run but you won’t want to forget to pack your trainers.<\/p>\n

The Awards and Networking Breakfast are included in the price of the All Access and Expo Plus passes. It takes place on October 3, 2019, from 8:30 AM to 10 AM. It’s a great opportunity to meet the winners of the 2019 IFAI Awards. You’ll get to eat breakfast together and learn more about what makes the industry so exciting.<\/p>\n

Deciding Which Hotels Near Orlando Convention Center to Consider<\/h2>\n

There are a few hotels that the IFAI Expo has partnered with to offer reduced rates.
