Ariana Grande is turning over a new leaf.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s not only an extremely corny platitude \u2014 it\u2019s also my extremely corny pun referencing her new tattoo. Grande posted a new photo on Instagram on Sunday showing off some delicate new ink: a branch of leaves splayed across the left side of her ribcage.<\/p>\n

Under the photo, Grande wrote, \u201cpost run thrus, 3 am with @girlknewyork \ud83d\ude42 not a cover up just evolvin. also, our show opens tomorrow. i love u and i\u2019m so grateful. see u soon.\u201d<\/p>\n

The caption isn\u2019t just a shoutout to her upcoming world tour<\/a> (which kicks off on Monday). It\u2019s also a breezy acknowledgment of the strategic placement of her tattoo, which covers up some older art she got last summer during her whirlwind romance with Saturday Night Live<\/em> comedian Pete Davidson.<\/p>\n
