{"id":57720,"date":"2018-12-31T02:55:38","date_gmt":"2018-12-31T02:55:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/?p=57720"},"modified":"2018-12-31T02:55:38","modified_gmt":"2018-12-31T02:55:38","slug":"deadly-bacteria-outbreak-sex-dance-floor-nightclub","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/?p=57720","title":{"rendered":"Deadly bacteria outbreak at \u2018sex on the dance floor\u2019 nightclub"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Berlin nightclub where guests frequently have sex on the dance floor faced a deadly bacteria scare on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>A male patron of the KitKatClub was rushed to the hospital after he was suspected of contracting bacterial meningitis,&nbsp;The Mirror reports.<\/p>\n<p>Local authorities issued a city-wide alert asking guests who recently visited the venue to get medical attention.<\/p>\n<p>Owners of the KitKatClub&nbsp;wrote a statement on Facebook saying, \u201cwhile infections in the club were very unlikely according to doctors and authorities \u2026 anybody suffering from symptoms should immediately see a doctor.\u201d They also said that because the man was in \u201cserious condition,\u201d he couldn\u2019t remember what happened at the club.<\/p>\n<div class=\"e3lan e3lan-in-post1\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cFor this reason, the Health Department decided to issue a press release. The idea was to inform as many people as possible who also visited the club last Saturday,\u201d they said.<\/p>\n<p>Meningitis is an infection that can be spread by saliva and body fluids. Once contracted, it can cause inflammation around the brain and spinal cord and can be fatal within hours.<\/p>\n<p>German broadcaster&nbsp;Deutsche Welle reports&nbsp;that the man had been at a \u201cCarneBall Bizarre\u201d party where guests sport BDSM and fetish gear and have access to playrooms.<\/p>\n<p>The KitKatClub was opened in 1994 by porn filmmaker Simon Thaur, and The Mirror reports that guests are encouraged to have sexual intercourse at the venue.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, city officials are not shutting the club down because it was not contaminated.
