A hearing in the case is set for Dec. 10.<\/p>\n<p>Avenatti, who represents porn star Stormy Daniels in her hush-money legal battle against President Trump, was not officially charged with a crime and was released on $50,000 bail.<\/p>\n<p>He has vehemently denied the allegations, claiming he is a \u201ctarget.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI look forward to a full clearing of my name and disclosure of all of the facts,\u201d he tweeted. \u201cI have NEVER abused a woman or committed domestic violence against anyone.
