Although John Krasinski still hasn\u2019t gotten a phone call about a potential reboot of \u201cThe Office,\u201d he has an idea about what would be the perfect way to get the gang back together.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would totally be interested!\u201d Krasinski said when asked Sunday about the potential of a revival at TheWrap\u2019s SXSW interview studio. \u201cI still have yet to get a call. I am surprised that after \u2018Ellen\u2019 and all that \u2014 I haven\u2019t gotten a call, so I haven\u2019t heard anything about it, other than on the internet \u2014 the internet is making the show. Twitter is shooting \u2018The Office\u2019 reboot. I don\u2019t know if any of us are going to be a part of it!\u201d<\/p>\n

In all seriousness, the actor, who headed to SXSW with his new film \u201cA Quiet Place\u201d \u2014 which he co-wrote, stars in and directed \u2014 said, \u201cthat show for me was, obviously, the greatest experience. It\u2019s given me everything, absolutely every opportunity, and it is the thing that has allowed me to do all this other stuff.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cEvery single day, people said, \u2018By the end, were you guys kind of tired of each other?\u2019 I was like, \u2018No no no, we had the most fun up until the last day.\u2019 I would love to play with those guys again and do something. It really comes down to the idea\u2026 the original British show, the best thing was they had a Christmas episode \u2014 it was a one-off. I would love to do that. I think it would be a sort of \u2018Where Are They Now\u2019 kind of thing. That would be really fun.\u201d<\/p>\n

In December, reports circulated that NBC was eyeing a revival of the beloved comedy, but Michael Scott (Steve Carell) would not be returning to the series. According to TVLine, the series would premiere sometime this year.<\/p>\n

Jenna Fisher, who played Jim\u2019s love interest in the show, said she\u2019d be game for a reboot, but she said she hadn\u2019t been approached yet either. Likewise, Angela Kinsey, who played Angela on the show, called out NBC and asked the network to call her and fellow costar Creed Bratton.<\/p>\n

Every \u201cThe Office\u201d fan has their favorite episode, and it turns out that Krasinski, who played fan darling Jim Halpert on the sitcom that ran from 2005 to 2013, loved one moment in particular.<\/p>\n

Fans of the show know that Jim had a complicated relationship with his coworker Dwight Schrute (Rainn Wilson), one frequently resulted in outlandish pranks and constant competition. But deep down, there was a profound sense of love and friendship between the two.<\/p>\n
