<\/p>\nGrowing up Jewish in northern New Jersey, Christmas holds no special place in Angel\u2019s religious heart but it\u2019s still a big deal because it happens to be her birthday.<\/p>\n
\u201cI love having a birthday on Christmas \u2014 not like I have a choice in the matter,\u201d Angel told Page Six. \u201cI love it mostly because I can actually really enjoy my birthday. No matter what job I\u2019ve had in life, I have the day off.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m also Jewish so I don\u2019t have to stress about Christmas like other people do. I always get to see my family or hang out with friends \u2026 It\u2019s a festive time of year! \u201c<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m convinced that everybody\u2019s really out celebrating my birthday and that\u2019s what\u2019s going on,\u201d Angel continued with a laugh, \u201cThat\u2019s why everybody has the day off and is celebrating. It\u2019s because they\u2019re celebrating my birthday!\u201d<\/p>\n
Angel\u2019s calendar coincidence didn\u2019t really affect her or her family when she was growing up. In fact, her family followed a tradition.<\/p>\n
\u201cEvery year we would go into \u2018the city\u2019 and we\u2019d eat Chinese food and see a Broadway show,\u201d Angel says. Now happily married with a couple of rescue Shih Tzus, Angel still spends the holidays relaxing.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m going to take it easy. Eat a lot of food and watch movies.\u201d<\/p>\n
Angel\u2019s also going to chill out because the porn industry gets crazy at the end of January.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s when the annual Adult Entertainment Expo goes down. Imagine Comic-Con, but replace Spider-Man, Princess Leia and Super Mario with porn stars, the latest and greatest sex toys, and everything else you could imagine when porn collides with its fans in the flesh.<\/p>\n
Then, as if the expo weren\u2019t enough, the week ends with the AVN Awards \u2014 porn\u2019s Oscars.<\/p>\n
To get ready for the Christmas break and porn\u2019s big week in Vegas, Angel is producing lots of extra content in December for her own awarding-winning website and Burning Angel \u2014 the groundbreaking, tattoo and piercing-heavy, \u201calt-porn\u201d company she launched when she was living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2002.<\/p>\n
The scenes Angel shoots at this time of year range from run of the mill sex scenes to whole movies that are full of festive cheer and Angel\u2019s trademark sense of humor. For example, she\u2019s starred in porn parodies such as \u201cNightmare Before XXXmas,\u201d \u201cHow The Grinch [expletive] Christmas\u201d and \u201cEight Guys, Eight Nights,\u201d a Hanukkah-themed group-sex scene where the candles of the menorah were replaced by naked dudes.<\/p>\n

Besides dressing up as the Grinch and having sex at work, Angel says that her holidays are shockingly normal.<\/p>\n
\u201cI know some people where their life is a constant stream of orgies and this and that, but me and the people I hang out with most on the holidays, we go out to eat and we give each other presents.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cOne of my close friends, him and his wife are both in the industry, they have a holiday party every near and it would feel just like any other holiday party. There\u2019s a tree, they put on Christmas music, everyone\u2019s eating food, it\u2019s just that the things that people talk about are like, \u2018yeah, the other day I was doing this anal scene with so-and-so and you\u2019ll never believe what happened.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cWe don\u2019t go to the party and like stick dildos inside each other,\u201d Angel says with a chuckle. \u201cThe last thing I think of on Christmas days when I\u2019m like making food or at a restaurant, I don\u2019t want to go home and f\u2013k the same people that I f\u2013k on camera.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI just want to have some nice sex with my husband and maybe, maybe if I\u2019m feeling crazy we\u2019ll invite over another girl,\u201d Angel giggles.<\/p>\n
In terms of go-to holiday gifts, Angel sticks with the classics.<\/p>\n
\u201cEverybody likes a bottle of booze,\u201d she says while suggesting that people check out her signature label, Doom\u2019s Whiskey.<\/p>\n
Besides that, she suggests gift cards to places like Amazon and Netflix because \u201cI\u2019d rather give no gift than those chocolates that nobody wants.\u201d<\/p>\n
And, for the man who has everything, she said that you could always give the gift of her vagina, in Fleshlight form.<\/p>\n
