When 13-year-old Rosalie Avila attempted suicide after constant bullying, her parents thought they\u2019d seen the worst \u2014 until they started getting bullied themselves.<\/p>\n

Charlene and Freddie Avila from Loma Linda, California, found their daughter hanging in her bedroom last week with a suicide note saying she was \u201csorry,\u201d reports said. Rosalie had been bullied repeatedly for years and the pain finally became too much to handle, CBS Los Angeles reported.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThey told me I was ugly today,\u201d father Freddie recalled reading from Rosalie\u2019s journal, according to the outlet.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey were making fun of me today about my teeth,\u201d the distraught father went on.<\/p>\n

Rosalie\u2019s parents rushed her to a local hospital, where she\u2019s been on a ventilator ever since. They plan to take her off Monday night and donate her organs.<\/p>\n

As if losing their daughter from bullying wasn\u2019t enough pain to handle, the parents started getting bullied after the attempted suicide.<\/p>\n

The parents received a meme on social media with Rosalie\u2019s face that read \u201chey mom. Next time don\u2019t tuck me in this,\u201d next to a made bed, Rosalie\u2019s smiling face to the right. Right underneath, the meme reads \u201cTuck me in THIS,\u201d next to an open grave with Rosalie\u2019s face photoshopped onto a boy\u2019s body, which is pointing at the open grave.<\/p>\n

Mom Charlene called the bullies \u201cheartless.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFor you to do that, I mean, you\u2019re heartless \u2026 you have no compassion.\u201d<\/p>\n

Father Freddie said he gave his daughter\u2019s journal to the police but that the school hasn\u2019t done enough to prevent tragedies like these.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did everything I\u2019m supposed to do as a father, and these people did not respond, because those bullies are still at the school,\u201d Freddie said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re still there, and my daughter\u2019s gone.\u201d<\/p>\n\n
