Lisa Appleton took to the woods for her latest sexy photoshoot – and stripped completely naked to go skinny dipping in a stream.<\/p>\n

The former Big Brother star stood in a stream and doused herself with freezing cold water as she posed for the camera.<\/p>\n

And anyone walking past would have got a shock as she whipped off her G-string and stood stark naked in the wilderness.<\/p>\n

She began trying to cover her ample boobs with her hands before letting them swing free.<\/p>\n

Running her hands through her dip-dyed hair, Lisa stood ankle-deep in the stream and tossed a look seductively over her shoulder at the camera.<\/p>\n

Retreating from the water, Lisa put a hand on her full bottom and flaunted her curves.<\/p>\n

She’s hit the headlines over the past 12 months for countless risqu\u00e9 photo opportunities.<\/p>\n

But Lisa revealed she was left feeling so low that she “feared [she] couldn’t carry on” at one point, after negative comments and comfort eating ensured she piled on the pounds.<\/p>\n

Having taken a knock in the self-esteem department, the 49-year-old reality star decided to spend \u00a37,000 on a new look – achieving a “bond girl” body over two days of surgery.<\/p>\n

Revealing her new look in Closer magazine<\/a> earlier this month , Lisa revealed the full extent she went to to realise her dreams.<\/p>\n

Explaining she dropped from a size 16 to a 10-12 after going under the knife, Lisa said: “I look 20 years younger now! I look like a sexy Bond Girl and I could definitely give Sophie Anderton a run for her money.”<\/p>\n

Lisa said that she knew that surgery was the root for her after she started looking at photos of herself and not liking what she saw.<\/p>\n

And that’s exactly what she chose to do, as Lisa went for a complete overhaul that included: full face and neck lift, an eyelid lift and Body-Jet liposuction.<\/p>\n

But her dream look wasn’t achieved painlessly. Going under the knife over two consecutive days, with only a local anaesthetic for the procedures, she admitted: “I was swollen and bruised for week after but I could see a difference instantly.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Going over why she felt the need to take such drastic measures, Lisa said she’d hit an all-time low earlier this year. Revealing that she’d been binging on up to 50 sausages a day, Lisa realised that she needed something to change.<\/span><\/p>\n

“It was hard not to let all the comments get to me and, despite how I seemed on the outside, I started feeling uncomfortable in my outfits,” she admitted. “I released I wanted to get my old body back, but at nearly 50, I felt I needed a helping hand.”<\/p>\n

Thrilled with the results of her two days in surgery Lisa said she could see herself going under the knife again, adding: “I wouldn’t say no to a designer vagina to neaten things up a bit!”<\/p>\n
