The Suits actress sparks more speculation that a royal engagement is on the cards<\/span><\/p>\n

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are “in love” and “really happy”, she’s revealed in her first interview about their relationship.<\/p>\n

The Suits actress, 36, told Vanity Fair that the couple are enjoying their time together in private and even managed to keep their romance secret for the first six months.<\/p>\n

Admitting that she refers to Harry as her “boyfriend”, the actress gushed over their relationship and said: “We’re a couple. We’re in love.”<\/p>\n

She went on: “I’m sure there will be a time when we will have to come forward and present ourselves and have stories to tell, but I hope what people will understand is that this is our time. This is for us.<\/p>\n

“It’s part of what makes it so special, that it’s just ours. But we’re happy. Personally, I love a great love story.”<\/p>\n

The pair have been officially dating since last October and are thought to have started seeing each other in June 2016.<\/p>\n

They met through mutual friends at a charity event and have been together ever since, spending time together in Harry’s London palace and at Meghan’s place in Toronto.<\/p>\n

When asked about how it’s felt to be dating a royal – and arguably one of the most eligible bachelors on the planet – Meghan confessed that it comes with challenges.<\/p>\n

“It comes in waves – some days it can feel more challenging than others,” she said.<\/p>\n

“And right out of the gate it was surprising the way things changed. But I still have this support system all around me, and, of course, my boyfriend’s support.”<\/p>\n

And when she was questioned on the media frenzy surrounding their relationship, she revealed she keeps a level head.<\/p>\n

“I can tell you that at the end of the day I think it’s really simple. We’re two people who are really happy and in love,” Meghan went on.<\/p>\n
