Anna Faris is continuing to open up about her shocking split from Chris Pratt.<\/p>\n
In a new episode of her weekly podcast Unqualified, the actress, 40, offered heartfelt relationship advice to a caller, stressing the importance of knowing ones \u201cworth\u201d and \u201cindependence.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cLife is too short to be in relationships where you feel this isn\u2019t fully right or somebody doesn\u2019t have your back, or somebody doesn\u2019t fully value you,\u201d she said to the caller. \u201cDon\u2019t be afraid to feel your independence if things aren\u2019t right.\u201d<\/p>\n
Hinting at the end of her own marriage, Faris admitted that she often lost herself in relationships.<\/p>\n
\u201cI made that mistake, I think, a little bit, like \u2018I\u2019m checking my relationship off the list\u2019 and if that would be the final piece of advice I could give you, that would be know your worth, know your independence,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Earlier in the podcast, she thanked her fans for their support amid her split from Pratt.<\/p>\n

Faris and Pratt announced their separation on their respective social media platforms after 8 years of marriage. The former couple\u2019s statement asked for privacy in the joint statement for their son Jack, who turns 5 next week.<\/p>\n
Pratt made his first public appearance Sunday night at the Teen Choice Awards and was seen earlier in the day taking Jack to church.<\/p>\n\n
