Julia Stambler is the absolute gorgeous model girlfriend of Charlie Sheen. Yes, even after public meltdowns and drug abuse, that guy is still pulling better tail than you\u2019ll ever touch in your life.<\/p>\n

Stambler is helping the 51-year-old actor live a healthy lifestyle, which includes a new vegan diet and daily fitness routines. Under Stambler\u2019s watchful eye, Sheen now wakes up early to go swimming and do yoga and he\u2019s also been eating plenty of rice and veggie burgers while sipping coconut water coffee.<\/p>\n

The former Two and a Half Men <\/em>star\u2019s vegan diet isn\u2019t the first example of Sheen going on a health kick.<\/p>\n

In June 2016, Sheen said he was eating healthier and staying in shape. \u201cNow it\u2019s exercise, diet. I don\u2019t go on benders, don\u2019t drink as much. It was a combination of self-loathing, a lot of shame that was behind it. I just wanted to keep myself divorced from reality. I just woke up one day and said, \u2018I deserve better.’\u201d<\/p>\n

Sheen has previously claimed that he\u2019s no longer abusing hard drugs and rarely drinks alcohol these days, but he did say he\u2019s struggling with \u201cborderline dementia\u201d due to the cocktail of drugs he\u2019s on to manage HIV.<\/p>\n

But at least he has Stambler, 26, by his side. The couple went public with their relationship in June. Stambler previously worked as the nanny to Sheen\u2019s eight-year-old twins Bob and Max, who he shared custody with ex-wife Brooke Mueller.<\/p>\n

The two have reportedly been dating since March.<\/p>\n
