Miko Grimes is one of the most, ahem, outspoke WAGs in all of sports. There\u2019s no doubt that she has no chill and gives zero f\u2014s as evidenced by her brash, unfiltered comments over the years. She\u2019s ready and willing to say absolutely anything on social media, especially when it comes to defending her NFL cornerback husband Brent Grimes.<\/p>\n

Miko has gone out of her way to roast everyone including NFL reporter Greg Rosenthal, broadcaster Sage Steele and even Kate Upton. She\u2019s a fearless s\u2014 talker, which we respect.<\/p>\n

Now Miko is saying all of the controversy she drums up is part of a master plan to get the Miami Dolphins to release Brent. Yes, you hear that correctly. Miko is claiming her shots at the franchise, Miami media and Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill are all an elaborate mission. No word yet on whether or not her arrest at a Dolphins-Bills game was part of it as well.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what she said to Sports Illustrated:<\/em><\/p>\n

Presumably plenty of wives have gotten their husbands traded or released. Miko is the only one who will brag about it. \u201cPeople say I got him cut with my mouth,\u201d she says. \u201cDuh! That was the goal!\u201d According to Miko, the Dolphins had told Brent he had to take a pay cut; if he declined, they would wait until other teams used up all their cap space and then release him. (A Dolphins spokesman says that these discussions never happened.) At home, Brent said he\u2019d sooner retire. But Miko wasn\u2019t going to let that happen\u2014instead she would get him run out of town by going \u201cas wild as possible on social media.\u201d Her version of what happened next: \u201c[Brent] said, \u2018Go for it.\u2019 I got his full permission to be as disrespectful to the Dolphins as I wanted to be. And I threw in Tannehill because I don\u2019t like him or his wife.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So what does Brent, now with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, think about all of this?<\/p>\n

Occasionally, people will bring Miko\u2019s new tweets to Brent\u2019s attention. He says, \u201cI\u2019m like, What\u2019d she say? And then I\u2019m like, Oh, goddam. All right, she be getting mad. People talk crazy to her all the time, and sometimes she just snaps, I guess.\u201d As to whether he indeed sanctioned the tweets for which the Dolphins ran him and Miko out of town: \u201cOh, uh, I don\u2019t know about that\u2026\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
