retty Little Liars\u2019<\/em>s Shay Mitchell has always been #HairGoals. Besides the fact that her flowing black locks look gorgeous 24\/7, Shay also managed to go blonde and still remain stunning. Not anyone could pull off such a drastic hair switch and nail it.<\/p>\n

But even though Shay is a beacon of goddess-like beauty, that doesn\u2019t mean that she\u2019s not mortal. And yes, it turns out celebrities \u2014 <\/span>including Shay Mitchell \u2014 get gray hairs, just like the rest of us. Color us shocked!<\/p>\n

But the other thing we love about Shay is that she\u2019s super down-to-earth, especially when it comes to <\/span>her beauty routine.<\/p>\n

As a result, she\u2019s coined a new term for gray hairs that we\u2019re kind of obsessed with.<\/h2>\n

In a recent interview with <\/span>People<\/em>, the 29-year-old <\/span>put the strands into perspective with the following comment:<\/p>\n

 <\/span>\u201cI\u2019ve definitely found a gray hair, probably like five of them. I call them wisdom hairs \u2014 more wisdom, great!\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And if that isn\u2019t relatable enough for you, <\/span>Shay just plucks grays out of her head. Stars, they\u2019re just like us. As for the grays, she definitely has <\/span>a sense of humor <\/span>about the whole thing.<\/p>\n

 <\/span>\u201c[I] put a collage [of them] next to my bed \u2014 no, I am kidding!\u201d she joked. \u201cI don\u2019t do that, but yeah, I take them out.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And finally, Shay\u2019s take on aging is just generally one of the most refreshing ones we\u2019ve heard in a long time.<\/p>\n

 <\/span>\u201cI am getting older,\u201d she said. \u201cI am happy. You know what that means? I have more experiences.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Preach, Shay. Getting older (and wiser) is a blessing, not a curse!<\/p>\n

Oh, and in case you forgot how amazing her hair is, we\u2019re just gonna leave you with this.<\/p>\n
