A television reporter who <\/span>lost her job after berating a cop outside a Philadelphia comedy club <\/span>says she\u2019s now receiving thousands of threatening phone calls and messages \u2014 including some that were \u201cdeeply disturbing sexual and violent.\u201d<\/p>\n

Colleen Campbell, 28, said she\u2019s \u201cashamed and embarrassed\u201d by the viral video showing her expletive-filled tirade outside Helium last Sunday. She lost her job at PHL 17 after they got wind of the clip \u2014 which had been viewed on Facebook more than 3 million times by Wednesday morning \u2014 <\/span>but now she says she\u2019s the one being targeted.<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom the time the video was made public, Ms. Campbell has been the recipient of thousands of lewd and threatening phone calls, texts, messages, and emails ranging from angry, profane, and defamatory insults to deeply disturbing sexual and violent threats,\u201d read a statement to The Post from a Campbell family spokesman, attorney Wayne Pollock. \u201cMs. Campbell and her family are still sorting out the events of that night. Their highest priority is the health and well-being of Ms. Campbell.\u201d<\/p>\n

Campbell is now trying to reach the Philadelphia Police Department officer in the video to offer a personal apology, Pollock said.<\/p>\n

Campbell launched into a verbal attack on the officer \u2014 who showed remarkable restraint during the ordeal \u2014 after he asked the woman and her friend to just walk away.<\/p>\n

\u201cOr what? Or what, motherf\u2013ker? Lick my a\u2013hole,\u201d Campbell says in the video. \u201cHow about that? F\u2013king piece of s\u2013t. That\u2019s why nobody likes f\u2013king police \u2026 idiots in this f\u2013king town.\u201d<\/p>\n

Campbell also can be seen attempting to spit in the face of a club employee, prompting the cop to arrest her on charges of resisting arrest, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy recollection of my time at Helium and the incident are hazy,\u201d Campbell said in a statement. \u201cI know my limits when it comes to drinking and I know to stay out of the limelight. My actions on that video are not the result of a handful of drinks spaced out over a couple of hours. I believe I may have been unknowingly drugged at some point that night.\u201d<\/p>\n

Campbell said she didn\u2019t receive medical testing while in custody because she was advised that would delay the process and her release.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the recent graduate of Temple University is now facing additional charges for allegedly assaulting the cop seen in the cringe-worthy clip. Police <\/span>told Philadelphia Magazine that Campbell repeatedly kicked the unidentified cop and kicked the doors and windows of a police cruiser after she was put inside.<\/p>\n

Campbell is also facing charges of simple assault, making terroristic threats, hindering apprehension and failure to disperse, two of which are third-degree felonies, Philadelphia Magazine reports.<\/p>\n
