Chris Brown <\/span>squired a young beauty on the red carpet last night: his daughter, <\/span>Royalty.<\/p>\n

The controversial singer, 28, brought his 3-year-old mini-me as his date to the premiere of <\/span>Chris Brown: Welcome to My Life<\/em> <\/span>at LA Live in Los Angeles on Tuesday. It\u2019s a documentary, which hits theaters on Thursday, in which he tells his story of his \u201ctriumphs\u201d and \u201cstruggles,\u201d the latter of which we are all <\/span>too familiar with.<\/p>\n

The little stunner was glammed up in a white dress with polkadots and sparkly shoes for her night out with her dad and grandma, Joyce Hawkins.<\/p>\n

Brown told a reporter on the red carpet that the <\/span>reason he brought Royalty was because, \u201cShe is my life. She\u2019s a part of my life in all aspects. I thought music was at first. She\u2019s number one, then it\u2019s the music. Bringing her here, I wanted to show her that Daddy\u2019s cool, I guess.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the same interview, Brown spoke about seeing his life \u2014 the good and the bad \u2014 play out on the big screen. \u201cMy imperfections \u2014 I\u2019ve been able to be OK with them,\u201d said Brown, who was convicted for the felony assault of Rihanna in 2009. \u201cI internalize it. How I live my life is all about learning.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hawkins, who is better known as \u201cMeme\u201d to young Royalty, later shared a photo of her granddaughter posing and playing in her premiere dress back at home. She referred to the child, who has the sweetest smile, as \u201cMeme\u2019s angel.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
