{"id":35010,"date":"2017-05-17T07:23:35","date_gmt":"2017-05-17T07:23:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/?p=35010"},"modified":"2017-05-17T07:23:35","modified_gmt":"2017-05-17T07:23:35","slug":"paedophile-spared-jail-abusing-girl-13-caught-sick-messages","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/?p=35010","title":{"rendered":"Paedophile spared jail for abusing girl, 13, is caught again with sick messages"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A man who was previously spared jail for sexual activity with a child has been&nbsp;caught trying to meet another underage child.<\/p>\n<p>Richard Oglesby, 26, was caught out by paedophile hunters Dark Justice in a sting after they posed as a girl called Hayley.<\/p>\n<p>He made contact with the profile but said \u2018bye\u2019 when he was told the account belonged to a 13-year-old.<\/p>\n<p>However he got in touch with the profile again and the messages turned sexual asking the girl \u2018do you want some company in bed. and \u2018are you a virgin.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>He sent a picture of his penis and asked \u2018mmm, you like?\u2019.<\/p>\n<div class=\"e3lan e3lan-in-post1\"><\/div>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-35011\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/pri_39907155-e1495001851806.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"727\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/pri_39907155-e1495001851806.jpg 620w, https:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/pri_39907155-e1495001851806-256x300.jpg 256w, https:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/pri_39907155-e1495001851806-300x352.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He then turned up to meet the girl to \u2018get a kiss\u2019 but was greeted by Dark Justice so he drove off.<\/p>\n<p>Newcastle Crown Court heard that Oglesby first appeared in court in 2011 after he met a girl on Facebook who he sexually abused.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of his latest case he was jailed for two years and told to sign the sex offenders\u2019 register for 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Amanda Rippon told him: \u2018You began conversations with what you understood to be a 13-year-old girl.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018The conversations were relatively platonic for the first few weeks but that changed and you decided you would ask her whether or not she was a virgin and whether she wanted company in bed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-35012\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/pri_39907140-e1495001818734.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/pri_39907140-e1495001818734.jpg 620w, https:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/pri_39907140-e1495001818734-300x207.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/pri_39907140-e1495001818734-110x75.jpg 110w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/p>\n<figure class=\"alignnone img-container shareable-item\"><figcaption>(Picture: Dark Justice\/North News)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u2018You knew it was wrong.The messages continued, you wanted to meet her, kiss her, cuddle her. Stay informed with\u00a0<em>travel news<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>updates<\/em><\/li>\r\n \t\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\n\n<p>The court heard it was in August 2011 Oglesby was given a community order for having sexual activity with a 13-year-old girl and he has breached court orders relating to that conviction since.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Rippon told him: \u2018I am quite satisfied you pose a risk to underage girls, girls under 16.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Jacqueline Coxon, defending, told the court Oglesby fails to appreciate \u2018sexual boundaries\u2019 but did not intentionally set out to chat to a child when he went on the site.<\/p>\n<p>Miss Coxon added: \u2018He is a hard working young man who has had a decent upbringing.
