Liu Yelin, whose beautiful photos have gone <\/span>viral <\/span>, has enviable flawless skin and a toned body that makes her look half her age.<\/p>\n

She has been pictured with her adult son, but you’d never tell she’d be old enough to be his mother.<\/p>\n

But Liu has revealed that having a figure like hers doesn’t come without a price.<\/p>\n

The mum from Xinyang city in central China’s Henan Province says she does a two-hour workout every day.<\/p>\n

The workout photos that made her a star show her distance-running, swimming and even boxing.<\/p>\n

She says it is important to do a mix of exercise types, so the body gets cardiovascular as well as strength training.<\/p>\n

And she says she did not start working out seriously until the age of 30.<\/p>\n
