The quarterback, who\u2019s still searching for an NFL team, was spotted partying at a topless beach in Tulum, Mexico, with <\/span>fianc\u00e9e Bre Tiesi.<\/p>\n Manziel, 24, was also joined by Tiesi\u2019s best friend and Jordan Ozuna, Justin Bieber\u2019s ex-girlfriend who\u2019s recently been linked to Tyga \u2014 all three lovely ladies skipped the bikini tops.<\/p>\n The controversial quarterback popped the question to Tiesi in Paris in March.<\/p>\n “When you find a girl as amazing as I did that saved me from where I was in my life, you absolutely put a ring on it,\u201d he <\/span><\/span>told TMZ <\/span>at the time.<\/span><\/p>\n Manziel looks like he\u2019s put on a few pounds since getting scary thin amid 2016 domestic violence charges.<\/p>\n Last February, Colleen Crowley, Manziel\u2019s ex-girlfriend, accused him of hitting her so hard her eardrum ruptured.<\/p>\n She also claimed that he kidnapped her and threatened to kill her.<\/p>\n Manziel agreed to a plea deal in November in which charges were dropped if he sought counseling and treatment within 12 months.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
