The Ex On The Beach star stripped naked and got wet in full view of the public as she took a poolside shower in Turkey.<\/p>\n

Jemma, who shot to fame with her potty mouth, sexual antics and hook-ups with the likes of Gaz Beadle and Scotty T , recently spoke about her desire to get a bigger behind.<\/p>\n

She’s now flown to Turkey to have plastic surgery on her butt as part of a Brazilian butt lift, which ‘harvests’ fat from the stomach, chin and outer thighs and injects it into the buttocks to give a more rounded shape.<\/p>\n

The heavily tattooed glamour model has been documenting her cosmetic surgery progress on Snapchat, revealing last week that she was “stuffing [her] face” with junk food and calorific snacks in a bid to put on as much weight as possible before the procedure.<\/p>\n

It came after one of her friends told a newspaper Jemma was having the surgery, to which the star slammed her as a “c***” to her followers.<\/p>\n

“When you tell about four people a secret and it gets in the press. You can’t trust f**king anybody, but to be honest it wasn’t going to be a secret because everyone would’ve found out anyway: I’m getting my ass done,” she told her Snapchat followers.<\/p>\n

“It’s just annoying as I told a handful of people that I was doing it and I obviously wanted to tell my story, but someone else got there before me, you c***.”<\/p>\n

She added: “I am a bit gutted as it’s my personal life and whoever’s done that is obviously bored of their 9-5 and they’re sat at home making \u00a35 an hour. Anyway, I’m excited because I’m going to have a big bum and I’m going to shake it all the time, and it’s going to be a bubble butt.”<\/p>\n

The star peeled off her clothes to reveal a tight, white one-piece that did close to nothing to contain her boobs.<\/p>\n

Jemma clutched her breasts and shook her long, brunette locks as she writhed around in the shallow water, before kneeling down and spreading her legs in a sexy pose.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
