The singer\u2019s wife is struggling with fame and the trolls that come with it<\/h2>\n

Before she met <\/span>Peter Andre <\/span>, Emily MacDonagh was just a normal young woman, studying to become a doctor. Two years later, she\u2019s doing magazine shoots and struggling with trolls attacking everything, from her looks to her marriage.<\/p>\n

The 27-year-old has spoken out for the first time in an interview with OK! magazine, about her problems with fame and the abuse she and husband Pete, 44, receive over their 17-year age gap.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe downside [of fame] is people being nasty,\u201d she says. \u201cIn the past I’ve read people criticising me and Pete, whether it\u2019s the age difference or our appearance, and I find it hard when people say I\u2019m too young to be with him \u2013 my skin is not thick enough and I find it very upsetting.\u201d<\/p>\n

In fact, it\u2019s the whole reason the mum to Amelia, three, and Theo, five months, refuses to use social media. She says: \u201cI don\u2019t have social media because otherwise you\u2019re opening yourself up to that criticism… you don\u2019t want to think your kids are reading negative things.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also defended her husband\u2019s age, saying, \u201cHe\u2019s in his forties and he looks great. He still comes home to me and gives me cuddles.\u201d<\/p>\n

There might be a 17-year age gap, but they totally still fancy each other<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The revelations came as <\/span>Peter talked emotionally <\/span>for the first time about the terrifying health problems his newborn son has been dealing with.<\/p>\n
