The reality star’s followers asked what had happened after spotting a big red ‘scar’ on her bum.<\/p>\n

In the picture, which the 19-year-old shared in Instagram, Kylie Jenner is sat on the floor with her legs bent and her arms resting on her knees.<\/p>\n

But fans started asking about the big red mark on her bum.<\/p>\n

One said: “Awe you alright Kylie what’s that scar”<\/p>\n

Another commented: “‘What happened to ur butt?”<\/p>\n

“There’s a fresh scar on your butt,” wrote another.<\/p>\n

Some people theorised that it was a scar left behind by a butt implant operation.<\/p>\n\n

But in truth, it’s actually a tattoo that reads ‘before sanity’ – in red ink.<\/p>\n

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star as the word ‘sanity’ inked in 2015 – styling it like ‘sa-n\u0259-t\u0113’ – and added the word ‘before’ at a later date.<\/p>\n

Kylie has faced some backlash lately, after people accused her of photoshopping her selfies.<\/p>\n

And this picture was no different.<\/p>\n
